Additionally, we offer a magnified view of the fabric and vegan leather to ensure you get a good feel of the final product.
After your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough quality check before it is dispatched via our courier partners. All this is done to empower you to make the most informed decision before making your purchase. Once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer in many cases, and hence we only support limited returns or cancellation requests.

Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with the next steps. Please ensure the product is in good condition with intact packaging.
Important Note: Requests may be rejected if the product is not in its original condition upon inspection by our team. We do not accept any exchange and return requests for products purchased during a SALE. The entire exchange or return process typically takes 10 to 15 working days; however, timelines may vary based on your shipping location.
Defective or Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email or WhatsApp us at contact@juttix.in or +91-9633683266 with images of the item and order number within 2 days of receiving your package. Our team will review your case and get back to you with the next steps if it qualifies for a replacement. Please note that we do not offer returns in this situation. The delivery timeline for your replacement product will depend on your shipping location.
Late or Missing Refunds (due to payment failure, if applicable): These typically happen due to an issue between your bank and the payment partner on our website. However, almost always, the transactions are rightfully fixed without any intervention required. This entire process is known to take 7-8 working days. If you haven’t received a refund post this time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. How to Use a Juttix Gift Card: Juttix gift cards can be applied on our website on your cart. Click on the 'HAVE A GIFT CARD?' section below on your Cart Page to proceed to the Checkout page. Apply the coupon code received on your registered email at the checkout page. The gift card will automatically be reflected, and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount. For any issues in using the gift card, you can send an email or WhatsApp us at contact@juttix.in or +91-9633683266, and our team will be happy to assist you. In case of return, the refund will be processed as a Juttix Gift Card, which you can use in the future only on our website. Please note that we do not provide any monetary refunds.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order, please email or WhatsApp us at contact@juttix.in or +91-9633683266 before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. A 2% fee will apply for cancellations made prior to dispatch. The cancellation process may take 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email notification once your request is processed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
